- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆72% of the prisoners are on ICE holds alone. Contra Costa County does not have to cooperate with ICE holds at all, yet the County wants to borrow $80 million dollars in order to expand this fairly new facility, just in order to hold more ICE prisoners. ICE prisoners do not have the right to a phone call. ICE prisoners do not have the right to an attorney. ICE prisoners, who are actually being held on "civil charges" rather than criminal charges, have none of the rights provided to common criminals. Join us on the first Saturday of every month to pray and be present for ICE prisoners there.By Melody Lacy, September 07, 2017

- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆If you get in here, be sure to sign up for work/school on the first day you arrive. They help to kill you 5 hrs a day from Mon through Fri. There are 3 bible study courses every week, ask the deputy for the timetable. It's a good place to lose weight if you stick to the jail food.By Li Muzhi, January 21, 2017
